If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be exposed without your consent. All data is processed in a German data center. When communicating via forms on these websites, the transmission between your browser and our server is encrypted.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. Our concern within the meaning of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
We have concluded a corresponding contract data processing contract with Google Inc. Your IP address is detected but pseudonymized immediately (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
The user data is kept for a period of 12 months.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the contractual basis between the EU and the US, the so-called “Privacy Shield”.
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the kind 6 Abs 1 a) of the DSGVO, you give us the consent for the storage by the use of our web site. 

Newsletter

You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree with the subscription to the newsletter. Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration (double opt-in procedure). The data that was collected before 25.5.2018, remains unaffected, it applies here the exception acc. German Law § 7 Abs. 3 UWG.
You can refuse to receive the newsletter at any time via the link in the footer of the newsletter e-mails. We will then delete your email address from the newsletter mailing list. The data processing in the context of the newsletter is done through our own service on our website, your data is processed in a German data center.

In principle, you have the rights to get information, ask for correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition of your stored data at any time.
